German M1916 Helmet

A respectable example of an M1916 Imperial German Helmet in what I believe to be a size 64 and although no stampings are apparent on the skirt, this is borne out by the A2 lug vents.
The shell retains approximately 50% of the original green painted finish whist the remaining 50% has toned in nicely giving a good overall appearance. On close examination there are three small dents on the crown of the shell perhaps caused by having been dropped on stones but these certainly do not stand out. The interior of the dome is stamped B105.
The liner band is leather and has one of the split rivets missing. All three sweat pads are there with their cloth pouches and cushions in place but only three fingers remain.
There is no chinstrap or drawstring.
