RAF Sergeants Pilot's Uniform. Jacket, Trousers an

An excellent RAF Sergeant Pilotís Uniform comprising Jacket Ordinary Airman in a reasonable size 9, Trousers O.A Blue Grey, size 11 and Field Service Cap.
The Jacket is 1945 dated and in very good condition. I managed to locate one small moth hole on one of the lower pockets but I have struggled to find it again. It retains all the original colour and shows very little sign of use. All insignia appears original and the belt and buttons are still in place.
The Trousers are earlier and dated 1941. Condition is excellent and these may never have been worn. The image of the label gives all the measurements but there is approximately 35 mm of turn up available to the leg length.
The Field Service cap shows a little more use but is in good condition with moth damage.
Of interest is the cardboard shipping box which accompanied the uniform. This was sent from the Co-Operative Tailoring Factory in London to their retailer in Worthing, Sussex. The postage cost was 9 old pence and they sent it by Southern Railways, marking the box, R.A.F.
It is interesting to note that none of the uniform items carry a WD Inspectorís stamp so I assume the Co-Operative Society purchased uniforms directly from the manufactures and retailed them with a tailoring service, not available from RAF stores.
A fascinating and complete uniform, ideal for display.
